Team meetings--not as boring as they sound!

Pre-meet: Before we leave, we will gather as a team at least once. Generally those will happen on line and will give you a chance to meet the other people on your team before we get there. (If you're local here in Birmingham with me, we'll find a restaurant and share a meal together). We will talk about what to expect with culture, money, etc.
In the Land: Once we are together in Israel, our team meetings will help you process all that you are learning and experiencing. They will give you a chance to share with your new friends all that God is doing in your heart. We will use the Daily Examen as a tool to guide our time on multiple amazing locations, such as the shore of the Sea of Galilee, while feeling the same desert winds as Abraham. You'll have some evenings free too, so you can explore.
Re-Entry Reunion: Most teams will be able to meet again about 2 weeks after we return home in a "reunion evening" to debrief about how our re-entry is going, what the stand-out experiences have been, and what the changes are that God is performing in our hearts.
