This online form uses Jotform technology to apply for the trip of your choice. You will need to indicate in the form which trip you want to join. You will also need to make your down payment separately, with options to pay by credit card (located on the trip description page that you are choosing) or by check/mail. (Please make sure to designate which trip you are applying for in the memo line.)
