​Michelle Bauer entered the spiritual formation world when she discovered that information about God is not a substitute for a relationship with God. She holds a master’s degree in Spiritual Formation and Leadership and a certificate in spiritual direction and supervision. She has the privilege of accompanying ministry leaders, pastors and cross-cultural missionaries. Michelle served as a Pastor of Spiritual Formation and resident spiritual director. She has also taught in Sustainable Faith’s Schools of Spiritual Direction and Contemplative Life. She has been married to Chris for over 25 years and is a mom to three sons.
