Your $3770 tour fee covers:
Israel Trips include accommodation, breakfasts and dinners, and entrance to sites, guides, bus & driver (& their tips). However, lunches, health & trip insurance (required), and souvenirs are on your own. Small tips in $1s & $5s (total of about $35) should be brought per person for the Jordan add-on group.

If you plan to leave the airport on the London Layover you need the UK one too:
UK ETA application (cost is 20 pounds) scroll down to "Start Now" green button.
Both ETAs are good for 2 years for visits up to 90 days each.
